Aldea Nizuc, a new five-star hotel in Cancun's hotel zone, was constructed using environmentally friendly concrete supplied by CEMEX. This concrete uses alternative water sources and adheres to stringent environmental protocols to safeguard the surrounding ecosystem.

CEMEX's involvement in this project showcases their range of sustainable technologies and solutions applicable to construction projects. The hotel is designed to revolutionize tourist experiences in southeastern Mexico. It flawlessly combines elegance and sophistication with the natural beauty of the region.

The hotel will feature 145 rooms and 42 luxury residences, all designed to blend seamlessly with the lush jungles, serene lagoons, and stunning sea views of southeastern Mexico. CEMEX's Aparentia white concrete was used throughout the construction, contributing to the unique designs and finishes that harmonize with Cancun's sandy tones.

This multi-purpose complex is designed to offer a variety of experiences, including gastronomy, boutique shopping, and entertainment, providing a memorable experience for both tourists and residents. The project is a testament to the innovative combination of architecture and sustainable technology.

Conveniently located just seven minutes from Cancun International Airport, the complex is adjacent to a health and wellness center and a concert hall that can accommodate 9,500 spectators. The hotel will also be home to one of the tallest buildings in Quintana Roo's hotel zone, making it a prominent landmark.

CEMEX's involvement in this large-scale project, covering more than 100,000 square meters, further establishes the company as a leader in Mexico's sustainable construction industry. Their commitment to environmental protection and innovation is evident.

The design and colors of Aldea Nizuc, coupled with the sustainable elements provided by CEMEX, make this project a standout among tourist developments in Mexico's Mayan region.
