The reporter, identified as José “T”, was found restrained in a green area of the Continental Zone. The case came to light when police units were alerted to the discovery of a person in the early hours of the morning.
Preliminary reports suggest that José was intercepted by unidentified armed individuals in a white vehicle. He was forcibly taken to a secluded location where he was brutally beaten. The perpetrators also threatened him and his family with potential harm.
The victim was found tied up in a green area. It appears that he had been released by his captors but chose to remain hidden until he felt it was safe to escape and seek help. Thankfully, local residents came to his aid.
In response to this violent incident, an official complaint has been filed. The authorities are expected to take appropriate action and ensure the safety of the area, as it is believed that the culprits may still be at large in the neighboring municipality.
