The third Caribbean Electrical and Solar Expo is set to occur from February 11th to 13th at the Cancún Center, with daily hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. This event will assemble leaders and specialists from the electrical, solar, and technology sectors of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. It aims to establish itself as a pivotal platform for innovation and sustainable development in the region.
Jaime Salazar Figueroa, director of the International Electrical Expo, emphasized that this year's event will focus on technological solutions for automation and energy efficiency. This includes areas such as home automation in hotels, restaurants, and residential properties. The expo will also address innovations in public space lighting, a vital aspect for tourist hotspots like Quintana Roo and Yucatan.
Spanning over 3,000 square meters in the Cancún 3 room of the Cancún Center, the expo will host 112 leading brands from the electrical sector. It is projected to attract 6,500 professional buyers who will make significant decisions for projects in the region.
The primary themes of the expo will be sustainability and clean energies, with an emphasis on solar and renewable solutions aimed at reducing environmental impact. The event will also cover home automation and automation, focusing on energy efficiency to optimize resources and costs in the tourism and residential sector.
The expo aims to foster connections between entrepreneurs and professionals and to establish the Mexican Caribbean as a leader in the development of clean and sustainable technologies. This aligns with global trends of environmental responsibility and technological transformation in strategic sectors like tourism and construction.
