The Solidaridad Council has unanimously agreed to a free loan contract with F1 Management, a civil society organization. This agreement will facilitate the operation of a police booth in the Centro Maya shopping plaza. The aim of this initiative is to ensure social proximity and decrease the volume of emergency calls in this part of the city.

During the eighth regular session, the Council also approved amendments to various municipal regulations. They also established the 2030 Agenda Follow-Up Commission. Additionally, they proposed a draft decree to add section XXII to Article 72 of the Law of Municipalities of the State. This proposal will be sent to the XVIII Legislature for the creation of the Commission for the Rights of Children and Adolescents.

Following the unanimous approval of the agreement, José Agustín Aguilar, the municipal syndic, announced that the decision will facilitate emergency response and social proximity to avenue 115. It will also serve the Ejido, Bali, Pedregal, Lirios, Forjadores, Bellavista, Almendros, La Joya, Playacar subdivisions and neighborhoods. Furthermore, it will benefit the 11,000 people who visit the Centro Maya shopping plaza daily.

The police booth will be managed by the Municipal Citizen Security Secretariat, headed by Raúl Tassinari González. The syndic reiterated that this booth will reduce response times to emergencies in this area, which is a significant commercial hub in the municipality.

The session also saw council members approve amendments to regulations for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, Mobility, Passenger Transportation, and Provision of the Urban Passenger Transportation Service on Bus Routes. They also approved changes to the Civil Protection, Construction, and Security, Rescue and Aquatic Salvage regulations to comply with Decree 138 of the XVIII Constitutional Legislature of the Free and Sovereign State of Quintana Roo.

The council also agreed to amend various provisions of the Election Regulation of Decentralized Auxiliary Bodies and the Deconcentrated Bodies of the Municipal Public Administration. They also approved the Agreement for the Internal Regulations of the Transparency Committee of the Municipality of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo.
