Cancún’s Las Palapas Park Unveils Stunning Renovation – Grand Reopening Soon!

An outdoor eating area with multiple stone tables and seats, some columns wrapped in protective material, a food stand in the background, and people dining and walking around.

The much-loved marquesitas, empanadas, and snacks from Cancún's Las Palapas Park are set to make a comeback as the park's extensive renovation nears completion. With 98% of the work already done, the park is expected to reopen to the public by May 31.

The upgraded Las Palapas Park promises to be a safer, more modern, and enjoyable space for all visitors. The refurbishment project has involved a complete overhaul of the park's infrastructure, the creation of lush green spaces, and the introduction of new safety measures.

While the full range of culinary offerings is not yet available, the dining areas within Las Palapas Park are ready for operation. One of the main improvements addressed in the redesign was the overcrowding of food carts in the old park. The new layout aims to resolve this issue, creating a more organized and fluid space for everyone to enjoy.
