Prior to the operation, the ATY held meetings with inDrive's legal representative to discuss the platform's irregular situation. The ATY claims commitments were made to remove decals from vehicles and suspend the operation of vehicles affiliated with the platform within three days. The Yucatan Transportation Agency remains committed to maintaining order and regulation in the state's transportation sector, promoting safe and equitable mobility in accordance with current regulations.
