Constructed in 1988 and modernized several times, with the most recent refurbishment in 2024, the Balmoral previously sailed for the Royal Cruise Line, Orient Lines, and Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). The ship offers seven to 14-day itineraries around Northern Europe, the Canary Islands, and the Mediterranean. It can accommodate 1,476 passengers and a thousand crew members.
Weighing 43,537 tons and measuring 218 meters in length and 28 meters in width, the Balmoral features restaurants, bars, lounges, swimming pools, Jacuzzis, a gym and spa, catering to affluent tourists.
