The Quintana Roo State Attorney General's Office (FGE) is currently investigating a private security agency. The agency is suspected of involvement in a recent jewelry store robbery at Plaza Las Americas, a popular shopping center in Cancun.

Reports suggest that members of the security agency may have played a part in the armed heist. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities strive to uncover the truth and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
