Diego Castañón, the Morena-PVEM and PT candidate, continues to share his campaign proposals and engage with the residents and artisans of Tulum. He has unveiled plans to diversify the local economy by promoting cultural and entertainment tourism, a strategy he believes will boost growth and development in the area.
During a visit to the community of Francisco Uh May, Castañón emphasized his commitment to promoting tourism in the Mayan and transition zones. He highlighted the potential economic benefits of investments made by the Morena governments, including a new airport, the Maya Train, and El Jaguar Park.
Castañón has also pledged to work closely with local residents. He hopes to establish a broad agreement that will ensure the best possible outcomes for Tulum after he is confirmed as municipal president on June 2nd.
