Under the Shared Well-being pillar, Castañón emphasizes the 100% Coverage program in paving and lighting. This ambitious plan aims to ensure all streets in Tulum are in excellent condition. The Social Justice pillar includes plans for a new state-of-the-art hospital to provide access to high-quality health services.
