Inhabitants of the Forjadores neighborhood called the emergency number 911 to report the presence of a person in a visible state of drunkenness, not complying with sanitary measures and disturbing the public order.

Upon arriving at the scene, the police officers tried to calm the man, who identified himself by the name of Edwin, and invited him to put on a mask. The young man verbally attacked the uniformed men, for which they proceeded to arrest him and refer him to the qualifying judge, who ordered that he be detained for 36 hours.

The young man was required to pay to a fine, because although he was not wearing a mask, it was determined that he had alcohol poisoning.
