Filiberto Martínez, the former mayor of Solidaridad who is now a fugitive, didn't miss a single opportunity to embezzle funds. His fraudulent activities didn't just involve millions, but also hundreds of thousands.

Martínez claimed that funds were being used to invest in equipment for the Nicte-Ha neighborhood garden in Playa del Carmen. However, it has emerged that he pocketed a significant sum of 465,318 pesos. Currently, he is believed to be hiding in Israel.

Martínez was able to carry out this embezzlement with the help of the company, AGREGADOS CONSTRUMEX, S.A. DE C.V. This company was registered by notary 58, Hernán Cetina Lizárraga, who is currently linked to a fraud case.

Further investigations continue to reveal the extent of the former mayor's corrupt activities. It's clear that his actions directly harmed the residents of Playa del Carmen, depriving them of the benefits of public works.
