The Integral Family Development System (DIF) is committed to providing citizens with access to services and tools that enhance their well-being. As part of this mission, DIF offers training courses focused on self-care and mental health.

These initiatives are part of President Lili Campos' government strategies, which aim to improve social well-being and provide access to comprehensive health services. DIF's general director, Adriana Cazales Durán, encourages citizens to take advantage of these resources and participate in the ongoing activities organized by DIF.

The courses and workshops offered by DIF are conducted throughout the year, with different themes each month to provide a variety of tools for self-esteem and personal development.

In June, the following courses are available: Parenting Styles on June 13 at 2:00 pm at the DIF Puerto Aventuras Link; Positive Adolescence on June 19 at 9:00 am at the PAMAR Directorate; Bedtime (infant sleep hygiene) on June 21 at 10:00 am at the PAMAR Directorate; and Self-Esteem and Female Empowerment on June 24 at 9:00 am at the Health Services Directorate.

Registration is open at the Health Services Directorate, located at 8th Street between 30 and 40 Avenues, Downtown neighborhood. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. For more information, please call: 9848033325.
