On June 29th, a total of 2,009 prospective students sat for the EXANI-II examination at the Autonomous University of the State of Quintana Roo (UQRoo). The test is a requirement for those hoping to enroll in one of the university's 20 school-based educational programs for the Fall 2024 semester.

Passing the EXANI-II exam secures these students a place in the upcoming academic cycle, which is set to commence on August 26. The university offers a diverse range of courses, providing ample opportunities for students to pursue their academic interests.

Melissa Blanqueto Estrada, the General Director of Student Services at UQRoo, reported that the exam day was marked by heavy rainfall. Despite the inclement weather, the examination process proceeded as planned.
