The Integral Port Administration of Quintana Roo (Apiqroo) has announced that ports across the state are now open to vessels over 40 feet. This applies to Puerto Juarez, Punta Sam, and Isla Mujeres, where the port remains open for federal passenger routes, ferries, and larger vessels. However, smaller vessels are still not permitted.

In Puerto Morelos, the port is now accessible with certain restrictions in place for vessels under 40 feet. It is advised that these smaller vessels sail within the shelter of the reef for safety.

Similarly, in Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, navigation has been permitted from this morning for federal passenger routes, ferries, and other vessels. However, crews are advised to exercise extreme caution while navigating.

Lastly, the port in Chetumal is fully open for navigation without any restrictions.
