Solidaridad, a municipality in Mexico, is marking its 31st anniversary in a unique and exciting way – with a stunning video mapping display in Playa del Carmen. The event, which runs from July 27 to August 4, offers both locals and visitors the chance to enjoy this immersive visual experience at the renowned Plaza Fundadores. The show has been met with awe and delight by all who have attended.

Video mapping is a technique that merges cutting-edge technology with artistic flair. It turns the iconic Maya Portal into a massive screen, where images are projected to tell the story of Solidaridad. These images showcase the region's natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. Viewers can catch the projections at three different times each evening: 8:00, 8:30, and 9:00.

The community has responded with great enthusiasm to this event. It provides a unique opportunity for people to reconnect with the municipality's roots and reflect on its growth over the past three decades. Plaza Fundadores, a central hub in Playa del Carmen, serves as the ideal backdrop for this visually striking show that also educates viewers about the area's history.

The event organizers hope to continue drawing large crowds for the remaining shows. They have emphasized the significance of such events in fostering a sense of identity and community among Solidaridad's residents.
