The resort was built in close collaboration with local artisans, incorporating a wide range of handcrafted finishes, including tiles, fabrics, and woodwork, all specifically designed for AVA.

The resort's incandescent lighting was designed by Lasvit, a renowned Czech custom glass designer, who created the lobby's lighting installation, adding another element to the resort that surpasses all-inclusive expectations. The resort offers three categories of rooms: standard rooms, suites, and villas, all of which offer direct sea views and a wide range of luxury amenities. The villas, the resort's premium room category, come with private pools, full bars, a kitchen and dining room that can accommodate up to 12 people, and butler services.
