“Get Your License in 10 Minutes! Quintana Roo’s New Mobile Units Revolutionize License Issuance”

Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa has unveiled new mobile units designed to issue licenses in a swift and secure process that takes approximately 10 minutes. These units are intended to serve individuals in caravans and remote communities.

The Governor personally inspected the units to ensure that the process, which includes recording biometric data, fingerprints, photographs, and document printing, can be efficiently carried out on-site.

Lezama Espinosa emphasized the transparency of the license fee payment process, stating that this transparency helps combat corruption and allows for better use of public funds. She cited the procurement of these mobile units, which will be managed by the Institute of Mobility of the State of Quintana Roo (IMOVEQROO), as an example of this.

The Governor stressed that, in line with the New Agreement for the Welfare and Development of Quintana Roo, the government is committed to providing services 24/7 to ensure efficiency, safety, and the overall well-being of the residents of Quintana Roo.

The introduction of these mobile units is aimed at making license issuance more accessible to residents of remote communities, eliminating the need for them to travel long distances to complete these necessary procedures for orderly mobility.
