The Maya Train recently provided a special journey for children with cancer and their parents. These families were joined by authorities and administrative staff from AMANC Yucatán. The train ride took place on the 303 D002 train, which traveled from the Mérida-Teya station to the Valladolid station. The Maya Train expressed gratitude for the opportunity to transport these families, referring to the children as their "most valuable treasure."
Parents know that their children are their most precious treasures. These children, despite battling a terrible disease, demonstrate incredible strength and courage every day. Their hearts are bigger, and their determination is stronger than most could ever imagine.
The journey was a special occasion for the children who are fighting cancer. They are an inspiration, displaying joy and love in the face of adversity. The shared experience was a reminder that everyone is part of the Maya Train community. Images from the trip show General Óscar Lozano Águila, who oversees the Maya Train, accompanying the children and their parents on this memorable journey.
