Ana María Frías, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Regional Federation of Fishing Cooperative Societies, underscored the need to explore alternative fishery products to bolster the industry. The state authorities' lack of response has sparked concern within the fishing sector. Nevertheless, the industry continues to advocate for its growth through the promotion of diverse fisheries.
