'El Faso', the suspected leader of a drug trafficking ring in Mexico City known as 'Los Molina', has been apprehended in Cancun. The arrest followed the execution of a warrant issued by the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC). A total of seven arrest warrants were issued for serious criminal association, including one for 'El Faso', believed to be the head of drug traffickers in the southern part of Mexico City.
After thorough intelligence work, authorities were able to identify 'El Faso' and potential accomplices in both Cancun and Mexico City. 'El Faso' is believed to be connected to the disappearance of 'Kalusha', a former player for the Pumas soccer team. He is also suspected of leading a criminal group involved in drug trafficking and extortion in various districts of the capital.
At this time, 'El Faso' has not been officially charged in connection with the disappearance of 'El Kalusha', who was reported missing in August 2023. The investigation into this case is ongoing.
