Winners Revealed for Collective Cultural Enterprises Initiative!

The Mexican Ministry of Culture and the National Institute of Social Economy (Inaes) have unveiled the selected projects for their "Collective Cultural Enterprises. Creative Residency in the Los Pinos Cultural Complex 2024" initiative. Out of 62 submissions, 52 passed the documentary review and proceeded to the final selection phase. The winning projects were chosen by a Selection Committee comprising of experts from various cultural disciplines.

The winning submissions include innovative proposals such as "Nortejiendo" from Chihuahua, "Collective Production" from Yucatán, "Creative Zone" from Jalisco, and "DIME DI – Pavilion: Corridor of Bodily Memories" from the State of Mexico. These projects will undertake a residency at the Los Pinos Cultural Complex in Mexico City. Here, they will receive expert guidance and work on refining their business models through an innovative process.

The initiative aims to foster the growth and fortification of collective cultural enterprises. It encourages social economy and creativity across a range of artistic disciplines.
