In the Maya colony, Castañón demonstrated his commitment to improving public services and investing in health, public infrastructure, and safety. He listened to the concerns of the residents and highlighted his dedication to their needs.
Castañón also met with craftsmen of the Tulum Archaeological Zone, promising to elevate their work on a global scale. He pledged to provide ongoing training, facilities, and opportunities for growth to enhance their craft.
In the Akumal community, he reiterated his commitment to the "more territory, less desk" approach. He promised to promote more scholarships for young people and unprecedented investment in sports infrastructure.
As the election draws near, Castañón, the candidate from the "We Continue Making History" coalition, has seen a significant rise in the polls and is leading the race ahead of the June 2nd vote.
