Taste Exquisite Mochomos Cuisine in Cancun – Don’t Miss These Signature Dishes!

If you're a fan of gourmet cuisine and are looking to sample unique dishes featuring the finest cuts of meat and seafood, Mochomos in Cancun is the perfect place for you. This culinary experience offers a chance to enjoy a shared dining experience, complemented by a selection of fine wines, creative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. Mochomos has already made a name for itself in Mexico City and throughout the Republic, and even has a presence in Madrid, Spain, with Hotaru and Ichikani. The brand is also set to make its debut in New York City soon under the brand name Cuerno. Signature dishes include shrimp fritters, Mochomos meat, Panela sesame, barbecue tacos, and a beet tower, not to mention delectable desserts like the Nutella mustachio.

The grand opening saw influencers such as Alex Descalzi, Laura Boyer, Tata Estrada, Carolina Cubas, and Michel Escalle grace the red carpet and enjoy the menu, which was accompanied by cloth performances, fire stars, and aerial dance. Guests were treated to appetizers of Mochomos, a dish of shredded fried meat with onion served in the traditional Sonora style. The first course featured barbecue tacos or marlin with baked tortilla, served with onion, cilantro, and avocado. The main course included Mochomos rib eye, marinated in a sweet herbal sauce; San Carlos fish, served with a tamarind sauce on a bed of rice; and fillet with Sonoran butter, lemon, and garlic. The meal was rounded off with a delicious banana cake dessert, the perfect end to a night of sax and funk music.
