Streamline Your Quintana Roo Vehicle Tax Payment Online for 2025

Paying the 2025 vehicle ownership tax in Quintana Roo is now easier than ever, thanks to the availability of an online option. This method allows you to complete the process from the comfort of your home, eliminating the need to wait in long queues.

To begin, visit the official website at https://satq.qroo.gob.mx/controlvehicular. Here, you can review your account statement. All you need to do is enter the electronic folio of your vehicle circulation card and your license plate number. After clicking “send”, wait for your information to load. Once your account statement is displayed, save it on your phone or computer. You can then use this reference to make the payment at any of the listed banks.

Please note that the prices will change in February, in line with the effective Measurement and Updating Units (UMAs). If you prefer, you can also make the payment via bank transfer. If you are not comfortable with online payments, there are physical payment modules available in various municipalities of Quintana Roo.
