Elderly Woman Gunned Down in Cancun Tragedy

An elderly woman was tragically killed in her home in the Paseos del Mar district of Cancun. The incident occurred on Saturday night, with the woman suffering multiple gunshot wounds, reportedly inflicted by suspected hitmen.

The emergency services were alerted to the situation after neighbors reported hearing approximately four gunshots. Shortly after, state police officers and Red Cross paramedics arrived at the scene.

Upon their arrival, the woman was found unresponsive, and it was confirmed that she had unfortunately passed away. The Specialized Group in Care was subsequently called to the scene to investigate further.
