Shockingly Fatal Shooting Rocks Cancún Beer Outlet!

Police trucks parked outside a building with a sign of Tecate beer on the facade in a sunny street scene.

A man was tragically killed outside a beer outlet in Cancún, known as "Puebla", located near Rancho Viejo Avenue. The incident took place on Friday afternoon in the area of Supermanzana 234 in Cancún, at the intersection of 85th and 98th streets.

Following a 911 report, officers from the Citizen Security Secretariat of Benito Juárez quickly arrived at the scene. They discovered a man, dressed in a black shirt, brown shorts, and black shoes, lying motionless on the ground.

Preliminary reports suggest that the deceased had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, allegedly inflicted by hitmen on a motorcycle. Despite the swift arrival of an ambulance, paramedics were unable to revive the victim, who showed no signs of life.

The area was immediately cordoned off by the officers, who launched a search operation. However, they were unsuccessful in apprehending any suspects.

Local residents identified the victim as "Quico", a vendor known for selling clothing and shoes at the local markets. In the aftermath of the incident, agents from the Special Prosecutor's Office for Homicides took responsibility for removing the body. It was then transferred to the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) for a legal autopsy.
