Upon joining forces with the municipality, these individuals are contractually obligated not to leave their original party. This allows them to leak valuable information about internal party movements to the mayor, helping her stay one step ahead of her opponents.

Throughout 2023, these individuals receive a monthly salary of twelve thousand pesos, ostensibly for assisting with beach clean-up efforts in response to sargassum influxes. However, their primary role is to generate and spread fake news through social media platforms.

This trend of party members seeking personal gain by working against their own parties is common in Solidaridad. Mayor Roxana Lili often recruits these "disappointed" individuals into her ranks, while also ensuring they remain publicly affiliated with their original parties.

While serving the mayor, these individuals maintain their positions within the municipality, despite claims from other workers that they are seldom seen. Notable among these individuals is Juan Luis Cuevas Reyes, who is associated with the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) and the Citizen Movement (MC).

These individuals are contracted temporarily to assist with beach clean-up efforts, a role funded by the Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone (Zofemat) and Solidaridad Quintana Roo. However, since Roxana Lili assumed office on October 1, 2021, they have continued to receive salaries for three years, primarily for coordinating attacks on the mayor's political adversaries.

Their tactics include managing virtual campaigns, creating and spreading fake news, slander, memes, and more, all aimed at influencing public opinion. While the exact number of individuals involved in this betrayal is unknown, it is clear that a significant portion of the municipality's payroll is allocated to these individuals who are effectively doing Roxana Lili's dirty work.
