On August 30th, the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort will host its monthly Wine Fest. This culinary event, which began in April, offers a blend of diverse wine labels, delectable cuisine, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Each month, the event is centered around a unique theme and is held on the last Friday of the month.
Previous Wine Fests have featured a variety of food options, including seafood, skewers, tapas, paellas, and premium cuts. This month, the resort will host the Wine Fest: Tuna Snoring Edition. This event will feature a live tuna show, followed by a tasting of various tuna dishes prepared by the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe's talented chefs. The dishes will be paired with wines from various international wineries.
The event will take place at the Chala Sky Bar and will run from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Upon arrival, guests will be given an empty wine glass and invited to visit the various vineyard houses. Each house will present more than 25 wine labels, with a sommelier on hand to explain the properties of each wine and offer pairing recommendations.
In addition to the tuna dishes, there will be various food stations offering cheeses, cold meats, and other foods that align with the event's theme. Live entertainment will also be provided to enhance the evening's ambiance.
The Wine Fest: Tuna Snoring Edition is open not only to guests of the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort, but also to city visitors and locals. The cost per person is $980 pesos (including 16% VAT), and reservations are required.
