A man was tragically killed in his own home in the Villamar 1 subdivision of Playa del Carmen, following an attack by a group of armed assailants dressed in tactical gear.

Eyewitness accounts from neighbours reveal that a white vehicle pulled up outside the man's residence. Three individuals, dressed in khaki tactical uniforms, emerged from the vehicle. Without uttering a single word, they opened fire on the unsuspecting victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
