Hotel Xcaret Arte has been honored as the Best Gastronomic Hotel in the prestigious “The 250 Best Restaurants in Mexico” guide by Culinaria Mexicana. This accolade highlights the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that blend tradition, innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Accepting the award at a glamorous event in Oaxaca were Chef Jonatan Gómez Luna and Adrián Peregrina, the executive chef of Hoteles Xcaret. Their leadership has been pivotal in establishing the hotel as a benchmark in haute cuisine and hospitality.
