Unleash Your Culinary Skills at Isla Mujeres Ceviche & Cocktail Showdown

Isla Mujeres, a magical town known for its rich gastronomic culture, is inviting participants to its third annual Ceviche "El Cangrejito Playero 2024" and Island Cocktail competitions. This initiative is led by the local government, under the leadership of Mayor Atenea Gómez Ricalde, and the General Directorate of Economic Development and Tourism.

In the Ceviche Competition, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their culinary skills and knowledge, highlighting the distinctive flavors of Isla Mujeres. Meanwhile, the Island Cocktail competition will provide a platform for contestants to demonstrate their mixology expertise on stage.

The deadline for registration for both competitions is August 15th, with the events taking place on August 16th. The registration fee is 500 pesos. Interested parties can register at the office of the General Directorate of Economic Development and Tourism, located on Guerrero Avenue in the Centro neighborhood. The office is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:00 hours.
