A man was tragically killed in superblock 236 of Cancún on a recent Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred when armed assailants broke into a residential property and shot the man. The emergency services received reports of the shooting just before 11:00 am, with the incident taking place on 132A street, near José Martín high school.

Municipal Police were the first to arrive at the scene. Upon entering the property, which was identified by its block facade and brown gate, they found a man seriously injured from a gunshot wound. The officers quickly secured the area and called for an ambulance.

Approximately 15 minutes later, paramedics from the Mexican Red Cross arrived. However, they could only confirm the tragic news that the victim had succumbed to his injuries.
