An unexpected traffic accident took place in Cancún on the morning of November 1st. A driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the Live Aqua hotel sign in the Hotel Zone. The incident happened just before 7:00 AM, when the driver of a grey Kia K3 model car skidded on the wet pavement and crashed into the sign at kilometer 12.5 of the Kukulcán boulevard.

Eyewitnesses suggest that the driver was speeding, which may have contributed to his loss of control on the wet road. The car ended up crashing into the sign of the Live Aqua hotel, located in Cancún's Hotel Zone.

Following the accident, witnesses promptly called 911, requesting the presence of traffic police and paramedics. Their quick response helped prevent further traffic accidents and ensured the driver received immediate attention.

Traffic accidents are not uncommon in Cancún's Hotel Zone, particularly late at night and during wet weather conditions. It is currently unclear whether the driver sustained any serious injuries in the crash.
