Residents of Solidaridad now have access to nutritional consultations at the city's five Primary Care Centers (CAPS). These consultations are part of the city's initiative to promote healthy living and prevent chronic diseases caused by obesity.

CAPS has specialized nutritionists on staff to provide first-level consultations. The nutritional coordination team also runs two special programs – the Mutual Support Group (GAM) for individuals with chronic diseases, and the Maternity Club, which provides guidance on care before, during, and after pregnancy.

The CAPS are located in the Luis Donaldo Colosio, 28 de Julio, Villas del Sol, El Petén neighborhoods, and the mayor's office of Puerto Aventuras. They offer free consultations from 7 am to 2 pm.

Additionally, the Villas del Sol center offers evening consultations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 2 pm to 9 pm.
