On October 1, 2024, President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo addressed the people of Mexico in the zocalo of the nation’s capital, Mexico City. During her speech, she outlined the 100 commitments of her administration.
After receiving the command baton from the indigenous communities amidst a popular celebration, President Sheinbaum enumerated her commitments which include:

- Reducing the cost of the National Electoral Institute.
- Promoting the popular election of counselors and magistrates.

- Respecting the autonomy of the Bank of Mexico.
- Seeking a balance between public debt and GDP.
- Not condoning taxes for large taxpayers.
