“Exciting News: Quintana Roo Electoral Debates Revealed!”

The Electoral Institute of Quintana Roo (Ieqroo) has announced the schedule for public debates between candidates running for municipal presidencies and deputy positions. These debates are part of the ongoing electoral process, with the principle of relative majority in mind.

The debates are set to take place between May 15 and 24 in the cities of Chetumal and Cancún. Ieqroo has planned a total of 22 debates, with nine focusing on municipal presidencies and thirteen on deputy positions.

In Chetumal, the debates will run from May 15 to 20. Meanwhile, the debates in Cancún are scheduled for May 23 and 24. On the 23rd in Cancún, the debate will begin at 5 pm featuring candidates from the municipality of Solidaridad. This will be followed by District 04 at 7 pm and then the mayoral candidates of Benito Juárez at 9 pm.

On the 24th, the debates will resume at 5 pm with the municipality of Lázaro Cárdenas, followed by Puerto Morelos at 7 pm, and concluding with the candidates from Cozumel at 9 pm.

These debates will be broadcast on Ieqroo's social media platforms, as well as the TV and radio channels of the Quintana Roo Social Communication System (SQCS).
