PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MX.- Confidence in Solidaridad's leadership was renewed on June 2, with a focus on bolstering security through advanced technology to further safeguard the municipality. The primary concern of the citizens is the safety and well-being of their families. This was a commitment made by Lili Campos, the municipal presidential candidate of the "Strength and Heart for Quintana Roo" alliance, to the people of Solidaridad.
"We are striving for re-election as a team committed to continuous improvement. Over the past three years, we have worked tirelessly to reclaim a municipality that was previously riddled with insecurity, littered with garbage, and cloaked in darkness," Campos stated.
Campos assured that Solidaridad will not revert to being one of the most dangerous municipalities in the country, a reputation it gained under the previous Beristain clan government. "In the three years of progress we've made, the municipality is now transformed. It is clean, well-lit, and has been removed from the list of the 50 most dangerous municipalities in the country. We will ensure that it will never again be referred to as the 'beach of crime' after we solidify this change on the upcoming June 2," she declared.
