Get Your Free Mammogram Now in Solidaridad!

The Health Services Department of the Solidaridad DIF is urging all women between the ages of 40 and 69 to book a mammogram appointment. The aim of this initiative is to detect or eliminate any potential abnormalities in breast tissue that may not be visible or palpable.

The department is taking appointments from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Additionally, group transportation is arranged every Tuesday from the DIF facility to Cancún.

To be eligible, women are asked to visit the Yellow Villa with two copies of their CURP, INE, and a proof of address that is not older than three months. This information was shared by the department on their social media channels.

The mammogram procedure is conducted through social management. All necessary steps must be taken at the Health Department, including a socioeconomic study. This ensures that women receive dignified services from the DIF through the free mammography program.

Women under the age of 40 who have any breast-related issues or conditions can also avail of a breast ultrasound, provided they have a medical prescription.

For further information, the department can be contacted at 984 803 33 25 during office hours, from Monday to Friday.
