This ambitious development is a collaborative effort between FibraHote, Fibra Danhos, and Beyond Ventures. It will feature a luxury hotel with 131 rooms and 126 brand residences. The building will also have LEED certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainability and innovative design.
Cancún, known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich culture, draws approximately 30 million visitors annually. The Ritz-Carlton, Cancún, Punta Nizuc will be strategically located just 10 minutes from the international airport, serving as a gateway to the Riviera Maya.
The property will be situated on an exclusive peninsula, providing access to private coastlines, unrivaled sea views, and top-tier services. These include a seafront pool complex, a luxury spa, six gourmet restaurants, exclusive residential facilities, and a state-of-the-art sustainable design.
The project's design will be led by the renowned studios Lissoni & Partners and Cherem Arquitectos, who will strive to integrate luxury and sustainability in every detail. The LEED certification of the building underscores a commitment to responsible development practices.
This announcement signifies the Ritz-Carlton's return to Cancún, underscoring the destination's importance in Marriott's global strategy to offer exceptional experiences in the world's most sought-after locations.
