Tomorrowland, the celebrated electronic music festival, is set to take place from July 19 to 28 in Boom, Belgium. This year, the festival will offer a unique experience inspired by the Mexican Caribbean.
In collaboration with Rokkatto Agency and the Tourism Promotion Council of Quintana Roo, a special feature named The Portal to Paradise has been developed. This attraction will immerse festival-goers in the atmosphere of Tulum, a stunning location in the Mexican Caribbean.
The Portal to Paradise will comprise several elements that capture the spirit of the Mexican Caribbean. Attendees can take part in a treasure hunt, searching for 12 hidden totems scattered across the festival. Those who find them will be rewarded with complimentary stays in Tulum's hotels, an incentive that is sure to entice many festival-goers.
In addition to Tulum, the campaign Mexican Caribbean New Era will promote 11 other tourist destinations. These include Holbox, Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya, Cozumel, Chetumal, Sian Ka’an, Bacalar, and Mahahual.
The festival will also serve as a platform to showcase the skills of Mexican DJs. Artists such as Bautista, D Witches, The Soul Brothers and Diego Rive will perform their music alongside international talents like Bora, Kimonos, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Afshin Momadi, and Bontan.
