Desperate Families Seek Clues for Missing Tulum Men

A missing person alert for Octavio Leonel Ruiz Yah with his photo and personal details, requesting public assistance in locating him.

The search profiles for two men who vanished in Tulum have been updated by the State Attorney General. Despite their disappearances occurring in August 2019 and July 2023 respectively, the families of the missing men continue their efforts to locate them.

The first update pertains to Octavio Leonel Ruiz Yah, a 22-year-old last seen on August 3, 2019, in the community of Chemuyil, Tulum. On the day he went missing, Ruiz Yah was dressed in blue denim pants, a red polo shirt, and dress shoes. He is described as having light brown skin and eyes, a slender build, and tattoos on both forearms bearing the names "Carmen and Eustaquio". Ruiz Yah stands at 1.80 meters tall and weighs approximately 50 kilograms.

The second update is about Jeremías García Hernández, also 22 years old. He was last seen on July 14, 2023. Unfortunately, there is no information available regarding what he was wearing on the day of his disappearance.
