Unearth International Wines at Wine & Waves Fest in Playa del Carmen

Set against the stunning backdrop of the white sands and turquoise blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean, the inaugural Wine & Waves Festival is a must-attend event for wine lovers and enthusiasts. This unique experience is a collaboration between the Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen Resort, Wine O'Clock restaurant and wine distributor, and Climats, a Mexican importer of exclusive wines from family-owned wineries worldwide.

The festival will take place on Friday, October 25th at the Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen, specifically on the beach deck of their restaurant, La Cocina. Here, attendees will have the opportunity to explore over 15 wineries from various countries, including Mexico, France, and Spain.

Throughout the event, attendees will have the chance to interact with oenologists, who will share insights into their wines and provide personalized recommendations for perfect pairings. Beyond wine tasting, attendees can also look forward to savoring selected cuts from exquisite barbecues prepared by the chefs of the Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen at various food stations.

To enhance the experience, the Wine & Waves Festival will feature live music, setting the stage for a truly unforgettable evening. This event is a unique opportunity to mingle with oenologists from over 15 internationally renowned wineries in the vibrant atmosphere of Playa del Carmen.
