A woman's birthday celebration at the Yerba Santa restaurant in Mérida, Yucatán, recently made headlines when she was asked by staff to adjust her camera or stop filming. Unbeknownst to her, she had been inadvertently filming singer Luis Miguel, who was seated at a nearby table. This incident sparked a flurry of online comments, with many suggesting that the singer's presence had spoiled her birthday celebration.
The incident quickly went viral. In response, the woman's son stated on TikTok that he had been contacted by Luis Miguel's team with an invitation to the artist's concert in Mérida as a form of compensation. However, upon attending the concert, they discovered that the invitation was not genuine and did not originate from the singer's team.
To rectify the situation, Luis Miguel's actual team reached out to the woman's son and extended a formal invitation to a concert in Cancún. The son confirmed the authenticity of this invitation in a video posted on social media.
