Tragedy Strikes: 12-year-old Girl Found Lifeless in Tulum

A tragic event occurred in the Mayapax neighborhood of Tulum, when a 12-year-old girl was found lifeless in her home. The discovery was made late Monday evening, around 10:40 PM, by the girl's uncles, with whom she resided.

The uncles noticed her absence and found her lifeless in the house, located on Gemini Street, nestled between Tunkul and Kiss. They immediately dialed the emergency number 911, but by the time the paramedics from Tulum Hospital arrived, the girl was already without vital signs.

The circumstances that led to this tragic incident are still unknown, leaving the community in shock. Local authorities and the Vice Prosecutor's Office of Tulum were quickly on the scene to commence investigations.

The girl's body was subsequently transported to the Forensic Medical Service for a legal autopsy.
